Germaine Systems has been programming Siemens PLCS since we began in 1991. We have experience with the S5 and S7 range of controllers - indeed we were the first company in Britain to deploy the Siemens S7-200 PLC. We are experts in designing with, programming and deploying projects using the Siemens SIMATIC s7-200. There is no doubt that we will be among the first companies to use the new Siemens s7-1200. When we provide our plc programming service to you, we ensure that you understand and can support your product, that's why we supply full documentation and source code. Our projects are like our children, we love them dearly, but realise that they must leave home one day :) - Marc Sinclair - |

Siemens PLC Programming |

The S5 range, including the S5-90, S5-95 and the s5-100, are no longer designs types (they are not recommended for new equipment), but we are happy to repair or modify systems using these units. We are equipped with the latest field programmers and can work with your existing program even if you have no documentation at all. We will always leave you with a fully documented program, in a format you can use to recover the machine in future. We would be happy to train one of your technicians to maintain the equipment. The S7 range, including the S7-200, S7-300 and S7-400 are the current range of industrial controllers (PLCs) from SIEMENS. We can design and program control systems using these PLCs. The Siemens S7-200 is the entry level controller, we use this for the majority of our machine control systems and our medium sized process systems, including our TAKT TIME systems. The S7-200 can provide a web server module, the CP243-IT which allows the PLC to be connected to an ethernet network. We use these modules to connect machines to the internet providing diagnostic and statistical information. We can supply, program and maintain the Full range of Siemens S7-200 compatible operator panels including the TD100, TD200 and the TP177 Micro, which sports embedded Linux, solid as a rock. The S7-300 is a medium to large PLC range, the only advantage over the S7-200 is that it has a PROFIBUS master and can support more discrete IO. The S7-400 is the top end of the Siemens PLC range and we can design with them and provide service and support. We also program and support Allen Bradley PLCs and maintain many SLC500 powered sites world wide. We are also equipped to program and maintain Telemecanique PLCs, including the TWIDO. We also support several sites using OMRON Controllers. Whatever your preference you can be sure that we program to the highest standards, using the universal IEC languages, leaving you with an optimal system, fully documented and supported, call now to discuss your project . |
